Delivery and returns: so simple !
Delivery
Free delivery in a shop, at a collection point or at home via bpost for all purchases from €50 and up. Below this amount, delivery costs are €3.95 for home delivery, and €1.95 for delivery to a point of sale or collection point via bpost.
- All orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 are delivered the next day.
- All orders placed between Thursday at 12:00 and Friday at 12:00 are delivered on Saturday or Monday at home, on Monday at a collection point or on Tuesday in a shop.
- Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns
Do one or more products in your order not match your expectations? No problem, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and with the price tag attached.
Ready for a return? Here's how to proceed:
- Go to our return portal here
- If you are already logged into the LolaLiza website, simply select the order from which you wish to return one or more items.
- If you are not logged in, you can log in with your Lolaliza identification details and select the order in question, or directly enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
- Once you get to the order, you can select the items you want to return and select the reason for the return.
- Then select the return method:
- you can choose to return your products via bpost or in-store. (If you are returning outlet products, only the bpost option is available).
- If you choose in-store returns, you can select the shop you want to visit. On the day of the return, bring the undamaged item(s) with you, as well as the return slip you will find in the delivery parcel or in the e-mail you received after your return was announced.
- If you choose to return via bpost, you will receive an e-mail with the return label to stick on your parcel. Pack your return with the return slip.
- Are returns free of charge?
- If you are a LolaLiza member, your returns are free of charge. (except for outlet products)
- If you are not a LolaLiza member, you pay € 2 return fee. This amount will automatically be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you wish to exchange your items, you can do so in the shop without registering your exchange via the returns portal. Exchanges are always free of charge.
